1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

If paid by cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping may be covered by us for damaged or incorrect items.
