1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items are damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • Product is unopened and unused

⏳ Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@shinique.lk or WhatsApp within 7 days.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • If paid by cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping may be covered by us for damaged or incorrect items.

  • For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
